Set up in June 2004 in Beijing,D&S IP Law Firm was granted a license to practice as a patent agent by China National Intellectual Property Administration in 2013.It currently has offices in Beijing, Shenzhen and Hubei.
The staff of D&S IP Law Firm are lawyers, arbitrators, patent attorneys and trademark attorneys who have been practicing in the fields of intellectual property, civil and commercial lagal affairs, criminal law, labor law and company law for many years, and correspondingly, they hold relevant professional qualifications such as lawyer's practicing certificate (legal professional qualification certificate) and patent agent qualification certificate. With backgrounds in central enterprises and patent examination atChina National Intellectual Property Administration, core team members of D&S IP Law Firmhave more than 20 years of experience in legal services.
