With more than 20 years of experience in legal services, Mr. Ye has rich experience and a good track record in the above-mentioned fields.

Mr. Yehas participated in several legislative efforts. Especially, he was selected as a member of the research group for the fourth revision of the Trademark Law organized by China National Intellectual Property Administration in January 2019. In addition, he has also participated in the legislative research of trademark law and related departmental regulations.

Experience and Achievements

In April 2019, case of administrative dispute over the request for invalidation of trademark right of “熊出没BOONIE BEARS”（No. 11063493） represented by Mr. Ye was selected as one of the “Top Ten Typical IP Cases of Guangdong Lawyers in 2018”by Guangdong Lawyers Association. ".

In April 2019, case of administrative lawsuit of trademark cancellation review of No. 5000606 “熊出没”represented by Mr. Ye was selected as one of the “Top Ten Typical IP Cases of Shenzhen Lawyers in 2018” by Shenzhen Lawyers Association.

In February 2018, appealing against the judgement of the Hubei High People's Court, Mr. Ye entrusted by Hubei Branch of NANCHU MANAGEMENT GROUP applied to the Supreme People's Court for a retrial regarding the dispute over loan contract and chattel pledge supervision agreement with Wuhan Branch of CHINA MINSHENG BANK. The Supreme People's Court ordered a retrial after review and then the Hubei High People's Court made a retrial judgment to revoke the original judgment of first and second instance, which successfully safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the trustor.

In April 2022, case of administrative dispute over trademark opposition review of No. 8471841 “FANTAWILD”represented by Mr. Ye was selected as one of the “Top Ten Typical Trademark Cases in Shenzhen in 2021”by Shenzhen Trademark Association.

In 2016, Mr. Ye entrusted by GUANGDONG CHIGO AIR CONDITIONING CO., LTD. applied China National Intellectual Property Administration to invalidate five patents of Gree Electric Appliances,Inc. of Zhuhai. After examination of China National Intellectual Property Administration, two patents were invalidated, two patents were upheld as granted and one patent invalidation was withdrawn due to a settlement reached between the parties.

In 2010, with respect to the suit by the patentee Ma Ming, Mr. Ye acted for Zhuhai YUETI Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. to respond and request for invalidation of the patents in question. After examination, China National Intellectual Property Administration sided with us and declared all the patents in question invalid.
