On April 26, 2019, the "2018 Shenzhen Lawyer's Undertaking of Intellectual Property Top 10 Typical Cases Award and Case Lecture" organized by the Shenzhen Lawyers Association was held in the multifunctional hall of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. At the meeting, the top 10 typical cases of Shenzhen Lawyer's Undertaking of Intellectual Property in 2018 were announced. The administrative dispute case I represented regarding the revocation and re examination of trademark No. 5000606 with the appearance of bears was successfully selected.



The case has been applied for retrial review to the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme Court has ordered the Beijing Higher People's Court to conduct a retrial. The Beijing Higher People's Court's retrial decision revoked the original second instance judgment and successfully revoked the registered trademark No. 5000606 "Xiong Chu Wu", achieving a decisive victory for Huaqiang Fangte Cultural Technology Group Co., Ltd. in obtaining the exclusive right to use the "Xiong Chu Wu" registered trademark in Class 25.
