During the statutory objection period of the disputed trademark, Coca Cola Company filed an objection application, and the Trademark Office ruled to approve the registration of the disputed trademark. Coca Cola Company filed an objection review application and submitted evidence of the use of the "FANTA" trademark, but the commercial evaluation committee did not approve the registration of the opposed trademark.



Huaqiang Fangte Culture Company filed a lawsuit, and the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court ruled to reject the lawsuit request of Huaqiang Fangte Culture Company. Huaqiang Fangte Culture Company filed an appeal, and the Beijing Higher People's Court ruled to reject the appeal and uphold the original judgment.



Huaqiang Fangte Culture Company has entrusted Desai Intellectual Property to apply for retrial, and the Supreme People's Court has ruled that this case should be brought up for trial by it.
