Ma Ming objected to the decision of the Patent Reexamination Board of the China National Intellectual Property Administration on the examination of ZL200720182434.3 patent: ZL200720182434.3 utility model patent was invalid, and filed an appeal.



The Beijing First Intermediate People's Court ruled that all utility model patent rights numbered ZL200720182434.3 are invalid.



Ma Ming filed an appeal, and the Beijing Higher People's Court ruled to reject the appeal and uphold the original judgment.



This case successfully blocked the civil lawsuit of patent infringement by the patentee and invalidated the involved patent, achieving the purpose of commission.
