Jiyuan Company filed a lawsuit, and the first instance judgment of the People's Court of Jiyuan City, Henan Province rejected the lawsuit request of Jiyuan Company.



Jiyuan Company filed an appeal, and the Intermediate People's Court of Jiyuan in Henan Province ruled to revoke the first instance judgment and remand it to the People's Court of Jiyuan City for retrial.



The People's Court of Jiyuan City has made a retrial judgment, and Chen Xuedong should repay the loan of 1.5 million yuan to Jiyuan Company within ten days after this judgment takes effect.
