During the business negotiation with the client, Yang Huayong suddenly felt unwell. After arranging work with colleagues and requesting leave from the company, she left the client and drove to the hospital. Yang Huayong arrived at the hospital with his family, but died despite rescue efforts.



After administrative recognition by the Kunshan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, administrative reconsideration by the Kunshan Municipal People's Government, and the first instance judgment of the Zhangjiagang Municipal People's Court, it has been determined that Yang Huayong's death does not constitute a work-related injury.
